You can only do so much. Last Monday was the only day before yesterday I could get out to the lake, and while it was a good one (2km swam in under an hour (1km in under 25 minutes!! Fitness achievement!)) I had to work all we at the time the group meets up and only got in yesterday and did 1km feeling bleh. But this week, I've got today and Friday off, so 3 times this week! Huzzah!
Get back on there and light it up, but you've earned a break.

I think about fitness sometimes, but then I realize there is a beer in the fridge and end up drinking that instead.

I use beer to re-hydrate after a nice long run.
